How we work

Pan Global Publishing Studio: Art Outsourcing Estimation Process
  • 1
    Tell Us About Your Game
Our goal is to match your vision and style, so it's important to know as much about the game as possible, including genre, inspiration, gameplay mechanics, and lore. If you wish to keep sensitive information confidential, we will sign an NDA.
  • 2
    Clarify The Details
We will go over the type of art you need, such as character art, concept, animation, VFX, etc. The number of assets needed and the deadline should also be shared. This will help us to plan our workload and ensure timely delivery.
  • 3
    Show Us The References
The best way to share your vision with our artists is by providing visual references, such as game screenshots, sketches, concepts, and gameplay gifs. Add how detailed the chosen art should be. We can create game art with any level of detail and adjust as needed for budget and other considerations.
  • 4
    Mention Size
If you're still figuring out the resolution for your game art, let us know at least rough measurements.
  • 5
    Don't Forget About Nuances
Small details can have a big impact on the project's scope. We would really appreciate it if you could give us as much information as possible about even the smallest and seemingly ”insignificant” details for the game art you need.

We will provide a full estimate within 1-2 business days after receiving the information and references.
